First Trimester Of Pregnancy

The first trimester of pregnancy is important for the fact that the entire attention is towards maintaining the pregnancy. Third Trimester Of Pregnancy

This is the time when you should prepare yourself for the thought that the baby could arrive during any time from 37-42 week and there is no definite due date for the same. Mental preparation in this regard will be very helpful for you and will make you strong.

Beyond the 32nd week of pregnancy, rest is very important for the expecting mother and you should follow suit as the body is also trying hard enough to ensure that your baby is hale and hearty.
